Before:
Female patient who came in to my office complaining of a “boxy” or “bulbous” tip and also with complaints that her nose looked to “strong” for her face.

After:
1 ½ years post-operative a rhinoplasty

Comments:
I decreased the projection of the tip (again, how much the nose “sticks out” from the face, which you can see especially on the angled and profile enlarged views) and made the tip more defined. I love this result, and this was actually a very challenging rhinoplasty in terms of achieving balance. The front view shows nicely how I was able to refine the tip (make it narrower, but not too narrow), and the profile view and the angled views (enlarged) show how I was able to decrease her “projection” nicely. The result after the surgery simply looks “softer” for her face, and gives her a more feminine appearance. The key again is achieving balance from all different views, which I was able to accomplish effectively in this Orange County rhinoplasty patient.
